When you register for our free webinar or purchase a program, we collect the information you submit through our opt-in form, including: first name, last name, email address, and phone number. We also collect basic technical data such as your IP address, user agent, and marketing-attribution parameters (UTM tags, Meta click IDs) to measure ad performance.
3. How we use your information
To grant you access to the webinar and any products you purchase.
To send you reminder messages about the webinar you registered for.
To send you transactional emails (receipts, confirmations, calendar links).
To occasionally email you about related offers and educational content.
To measure and improve our advertising and website performance.
4. SMS / Text-message program
By submitting your phone number through our opt-in form, you consent to receive SMS messages from YouTube Educate Academy (ViralSociety AB) related to the webinar you registered for.
Purpose: Webinar reminders only.
Frequency: Up to 5 reminder messages prior to your scheduled webinar. After the webinar, no further SMS messages are sent.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected].
Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.
5. Third-party service providers
We use trusted third parties to deliver our service:
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — for ad attribution and audience measurement.
Google (GTM, Analytics) — for analytics and tag management.

No mobile information (phone numbers or SMS opt-in data) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
