By accessing this website, registering for our free webinar, or purchasing any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services. These Terms are entered into between you and ViralSociety AB (DBA YouTube Educate Academy).
2. Services
We offer (a) a free educational webinar and (b) paid coaching and educational programs. Access to specific deliverables, sessions, and bonuses is described on the applicable purchase page at the time of sale.
3. Payment & refunds
Purchases are processed through our third-party checkout provider. All digital products are delivered immediately and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise on the offer page or required by applicable law. Any instalment plans you select are governed by the terms presented at checkout.
4. User conduct & content licence
All course materials, recordings, templates, and bonuses are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share access with non-purchasers. We reserve the right to revoke access for violations.
5. Disclaimers — no income guarantees
The testimonials and results shown on this site are real but are not typical. Individual results depend on effort, experience, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. We make no guarantee of income, earnings, or specific outcomes from using our programs.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralSociety AB, its affiliates, and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our programs. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in Sweden.
8. SMS / text-message program terms
Program description: YouTube Educate Academy (ViralSociety AB) operates an SMS program that sends webinar reminder messages to users who voluntarily opt in via our website registration form. Use cases are strictly limited to reminders for the free webinar you registered for — we do not send promotional, marketing, or third-party messages through SMS.
Message frequency: Up to 5 reminder messages per webinar registration. After the webinar airs, no further SMS messages are sent.
Opt-out instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. Contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.
Carrier liability disclaimer: Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other US and international wireless carriers) are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.
Supported carriers: The SMS program is available on most major US carriers. Message delivery is subject to carrier and device capability.
9. Age restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for our webinar, opt in to receive SMS messages, or purchase any of our programs. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older. If you are under 18, do not submit any personal information through this site.
